You do not have to be a 501(c)(3) organization.

We require that you provide your organization's name and how many people you will be providing food to. We work with many organizations of varying sizes. Together, we can create a share for you that can accommodate your needs.

We distribute food to smaller front line agencies who can direct it to those experiencing food insecurity.

Flower City Pickers serves between 20-25 different organizations each week and we still have hundreds of pounds of food leftover to give away.

Because we are primarily a volunteer group and are dependent on our volunteers, it would be best if your organization could find a volunteer of their own to come and pick up donated food from our location on Saturdays at 3:30 pm. However, we can also drop off food donations if you cannot pick them up. Delivery times are between 3:00 pm-5:00 pm. Times are non-negotiable and dependent on our volunteer base.
